Restaurateurs, hoteliers, resort and canteen operators and those planning to open their own foodservice business now have a chance to hone theirs skills in a 7-day course of Managing a Restaurant/Canteen Seminar Workshop.

The training covers discussions on  concept, menu, location, layout and equipment planning,  human resource development, cost control and hygiene and sanitation, among others.

A highlight of the training is a fieldtrip to equipment and food suppliers.
