Open to those who would like to pursue a career in foodservice, the Basic Foodservers Training course features hands-on workshops in table setting, service, napkin folding and table skirting.The five-day intensive training also includes topics in foodservice behavior, personality and grooming, menu familiarization and merchandising, customer relations and hygiene and sanitation.
Trainers are foodservice consultants and professors of hotel and restaurant management who are also award-winning coaches of the student division of Chefs on Parade.
